Stepping into June we walk towards the magical moment of the Summer Solstice. A physical tipping point, a tilt of the axis, a soaking up of full light and warmth, a moment shared simultaneously all around the world, a moment that rises above the fixed time zones and the Tropic of Cancer is born into its momentary relevance.

Meanwhile our relatives below the equator, are watching their long shadows and lengthened nights and are ready to call the Sun back to his Southern palace.

May we all connect into the solstice sunset and the wonder of long days of light and warmth.  One universal and unified breath we hold together around the world…a sacred pause. My ancestors called this time Litha and the word Solstice comes from the Roman words of Sol/Sun and sistere meaning standstill.

We will be celebrating the Solstice, weaving in some teachings on the tree of life, and sharing about the Arbor Legacy.
