- Venue details: Soft Medicine, 186 N Main St. Sebastopol, 95472. Go up the flight of stairs, turn right to the Loft.
- Parking: Street parking available. There is also a public parking lot on the corner of Gravenstien Hwy S and Burnett Street. Please arrive with plenty of time to find a parking space for the day.
- Food: Light snacks and tea will be provided. For lunch, there several restaurants and markets within one block. Soft Medicine serves food in their cafe downstairs. On Sunday, there is a farmers market with food options one block away.

About Family Constellation:
Family Constellation work is a dynamic practice that taps into the knowing field to uncover and resolve deep-seated systemic traumas within the family lineage. In a respectful and soul-honoring space, this process unfolds both dimensionally and spatially, revealing the hidden tensions of unresolved entanglements. When these unseen dynamics are brought to light from a new perspective, they can be transformed—not just for you, but for your children and future generations.
This journey can be deeply moving, cathartic, and even joyful, as insights emerge and revelations unfold in a safe and supportive setting. As these patterns are acknowledged and integrated, the natural flow of love and acceptance has the potential to restore balance, fostering healing, understanding, and peace for the seeker.
Constellation work extends beyond family dynamics to include medical, business, financial, and social issues—almost anything can be constellated. Simply put, Family Constellations offer a profound opportunity to shift your relationship with your family, work, vitality, and life by freeing you from entanglements that may be holding you back.
For those new to this practice, a constellation is an immersive healing experience where a community comes together to restore balance by embodying aspects of an individual’s ancestry within the field. Participating as a representative is an honor—it is a somatic experience that requires no prior knowledge, only a willingness to be present.
A little bit about our host:
Jessica Kleiderman is a mother, medicine maker, and student of constellation work. She first connected with Sarah in 2019 and received her first constellation in 2020, an experience that sparked profound healing and a positive shift in her life’s direction.
Jessica is honored to bring constellation work to her Sonoma County community and share this powerful modality.
She is also the co-owner of Taproot Medicine, a Sebastopol-based herbal medicine business.
