– A Journey To Egypt –

With Sarah Maclean Bicknell & Youseff Awyan

    14 Days / 13 Nights

    January 2026

    Dear friends and family

In November 2022, I found myself walking a long-held dream—my first journey to Egypt. It truly felt like entering a dreamscape: alive, resonant, and unlike any other place I had known. I was amidst the living presence of ancient civilizations, surrounded by a vast intelligence that came long before Mesopotamia ever rose.

In January 2024, I returned—this time with friends—drawn to share the wonder and power of Khemet. Some places we revisited, others were new to us. But the deepening was undeniable. The Nile, with her swirling waters, seemed to open a new layer of consciousness within me. I could feel how little I truly knew. I was only brushing against the edge of something immense.

Since then, I’ve traveled north to the Orkney Islands, where that same golden intelligence moved through sea and stone. I had glimpsed it earlier too, in 2014, at Göbekli Tepe. It is a presence that lingers across time—a thread of primordial wisdom that still pulses in the land.

In Egypt, this wisdom sings loud and clear. In the bulrushes, in the black mud of the riverbanks, in the temples and the stones—it speaks of power, of memory, of myth and manipulation. A story echoing from the past, asking us in 2026, to listen. To remember what we once knew and integrate it into our world in the 21st century.

In January 2026, we invite you to join us—Monique, Trish, and myself—as we return to Egypt. We will revisit many of the sacred sites we’ve known before, this time through a deepened lens of sound and vibration—a language that resonates across all worlds. It is as if we might touch the Shiny Ones themselves and, through osmosis, begin to decipher the messages left behind by a culture steeped in understanding. A culture that knew geomancy, sacred geometry, and the harmonics of place. Their presence helps untangle the colonial and inherited distortions we carry, guiding us back into sacred, reciprocal relationship with Earth and cosmos. It is their very signature—imprinted in stone and silence—that informs us differently.

Monique and I are returning to Egypt in January 2026 and would love to take a family of 10-12 people with us.

We will begin our journey in Cairo and take in the sites there. We will then fly to Luxor. After exploring Luxor we will board a private Dahabeya and begin our sail south down the Nile. We will sail for five nights to Aswan.

Youssef Awyan, co-director at the Khemit School of Ancient Mysticism will be accompanying and guiding us. Youssef is a phenomenal guide and come from a lineage that has grown up in sight of the Great Pyramids – a lineage steeped in the mystical and in the official and unofficial aspects of these sites.

Due to the necessary and official nature of Egypt, Soul of Egypt will be providing us with the organization and follow-through of all the details of our journey once we land in Egypt.

Both Monique and I were very impressed by this company and found them to be outstanding with all the details required for this journey.

From bottles of water to helping you at the airport with visas, to managing bags and meals. They also travel with us, smoothing the way. Most of all, we appreciated the gift of connection, laughter and a little insight into life in Egypt outside tourists and sights.

If you are feeling the call to join us, please write to Monique Keranen at mckeranen@yahoo.com and she will send you the information you need to join our party.

We are looking forward to seeing what Egypt has to show us on our 2026 Journey

I am returning because I cannot emphasize how important this pilgrimage is to understand this world that we are in. In order to change, one is called to stand where it all started, and that is with the black lands of the Nile, the ancient wisdom, and to witness that a story was built. What I am referring to cannot be understood through books or videos. When you come and stand in this ancient intelligence, you come into knowing why you are here now, living in this time.

Egypt is Magic!  Touring the birthplace of Modern society with Sarah and Monique, through “Soul of Egypt”, was a trip of a lifetime.  One that I hope to do again and again and again… It is stunningly transformational.  Words cannot express the many ways I feel expanded from the experience.  It was a Sacred Journey.  Well organized, with deep energetic and physical protection. Soul expanding adventures that can only be understood through experience.  8 months later I am just starting to really embody many of the alchemical changes that I transformed through.  It changed me, in a powerful way.    Egypt, at this time in our History, is a MUST DO!”
