The Art of Family & Nature Constellation
    Facilitation Workshop

with Susan Schlosser & Sarah Maclean Bicknell

    November 16-19, 2024
    November 21-24, 2024
    Shoreline, WA

I am excited to bring myself into a constellation field alongside my colleague and gifted facilitator, Susan Schlosser. We met at my training with Francesca Mason Boring and found much in common with our love for our Mother Earth and for the aliveness and the healing possibilities within the practice of constellation work. We are both holding this work in prayer and in love for life.

This facilitation will include multiple in-person meetings over the month of November in Seattle Washington.

For the first four days we will explore and peer behind the scenes in Family and Nature constellation work.  What is it that those without human language wish to convey–the worm, the beaver, the wind, the Douglas Fir? How is it to understand a natural order as opposed to a human imposed order? Where are the repeating energy patterns rolling up the family lines? What is our birthright, destiny, fate and the laws of nature? All this and more to be shared, discussed and constellated.

The second part of this gathering will take us into an ancient world of guardians, spells, dreams and soul loss. Sarah will share patterns that are seen on the field that mirror an ancient way of seeing and healing alongside recognizing the subtle ways the field introduces an ancient order of understanding. Throughout there will be discussion, shared observation, practice and full constellations.

The first weekend is open to all those who would wish to deepen their relationship with Family Constellation Work and to meet and work with both Sarah and Susan in the Field. No previous experience is required. The second weekend is open to those who have attended a basic training or are facilitators. (Attending Part 1 is considered a basic training).

Attending these courses in no way is an official facilitator’s training. This work is designed to enhance and contribute to a facilitator’s vocabulary and to bring those experienced representatives more deeply into the work.

    Our weekend overview:

    Part 1

Speaking Truth will be taught by Sarah Maclean Bicknell and Susan Schlosser.

We will cover the basic principles that are the underpinnings of Family Constellation alongside the history of its evolution and how it leads us into a new way of seeing and being in the world. We will constellate several family constellations during our time together as illustrations of what is being shared. Susan Schlosser will also be inviting us into Nature Constellation work that allows all of life to be represented and heard.

    • The what and how of the field
    • Bert Hellinger, the Orders of Love
    • Skills to develop listening to the unspoken
    • Movement of the soul
    • Family systems, ancestral trauma

    Part 2

Dreaming and Shamanic Constellation work with Sarah Maclean Bicknell

Dreaming Constellation work is to take the dream (that is still dreaming on) and constellate it to understand how it can inform us further. Dreaming comes from the same source as the expression of the field and is fluid and a few seconds ahead of where we are. Magic is inclined to happen when the seeker is the dreamer.

Shamanic Constellation work is to live more in the original understanding of well being. A world of guardians, spells, soul loss and cord-cutting emerge out of the field to show us of ancient wounding and repeating cycles within an ancient understanding and cosmology.

    • Soul loss/ coming back home

    • Bound spirits/compassionate release

    About our facilitators:

Sarah Maclean Bicknell has been facilitating Family and Systems constellations for 13 years. Her deep love of ceremony and earth based teachings arrived her into a natural relationship with the family constellation process. Her work utilizes shamanic and dream perspectives that bring ancestral healing into the room with precision and love. Deeply immersed for over thirty years in the ancient indigenous perspectives, Sarah brings a unique contribution into the constellation fields.

Susan Schlosser, M.A. has been facilitating Nature constellations out in the wilds of nature for 14 years. Her deep love for Mother Earth became a natural alchemical confluence with the healing potentials of systemic constellation work. Her work involves utilizing the principles of constellation work to heighten our ability to listen to nature while somatically experiencing different unique relationships with nature, ultimately helping us take our right place with the Greater Forces that we’re all a part of.  www.truenatureconstellations.com

“I never tire of the continuous unfolding of the impact of trauma upon our lives, both present and from the past. Each constellation leaves me with a profound respect for the beauty and the horror of our human family. Our fragility and our great courage is of constant inspiration. In the constellation field where judgment has an opportunity to lay itself down, we inspire amazing opportunities to heal and evolve together. ”
