Small Group Mentorship with Sarah Maclean Bicknell

Starting this fall, Sarah is inviting a limited number of small cohorts for private and intimate spiritual study. Each self-selected group will choose their area of interest for which Sarah will design a curriculum which may include cosmology, ancestral healing, indigenous dreaming practices, ceremonial space-holding, ancestral constellations, or any numerous other areas. Sarah’s teachings are designed for people who are interested in expanding and deepening their leadership skills and offerings through a path of spiritual integrity, ancestral awareness, and devotion to deep personal practice.

There is a deep yearning to live in reciprocal connection with the earth,  the elements, the rise and fall of the seasons, and to embrace the great unknown—the liminal space, the betwixt and between.

To be in relationship with the rhythm of the universe itself.

And, of course, with each other.

Who are the mentor groups designed for?

This program is open to students who are devoted to a life path of spiritual knowledge, committed to serve their community (vocationally or avocationally), and who have demonstrated significant efforts in their personal growth.

How do I choose a cohort?

It is best to choose three or more other people with whom you feel a kinship and similar level of spiritual or professional development. In some instances, Sarah will assist in assigning people to a cohort. This is a very intimate experience that can result in rapid evolution and expansion, should your cohort fully commit to the container and processes.

    What happens in the One-on-Ones?

During a one-on-one’s with Sarah she explores the personal life of each individual and how they are applying the teachings in their life. Additionally there is a check-in about any personal challenges that arise in the cohorts or from the subject matter and she explores solutions and possible strategies for personal and leadership development.

    How do meetings happen?

All one-on-ones and cohort meets are conducted via Zoom. There is opportunity for the cohort to meet in person via the public retreats offered throughout the year. The cohort meetings with Sarah would be conducted online.

Being in the Arbor Legacy has been one of the most nourishing and richest experiences because I am in community with a group of people who are so devoted to honoring themselves the Earth and humanity as a whole, which are things that are deeply important to me. Within this group and my smaller cohort, I feel incredibly supported and loved for EXACTLY who I am, which I don’t think I have experienced in communities before at this depth.
