Many of us live in areas being affected by the elements of wind and water on the east coast and fire in the west. There is a chaotic expression of the weather (my brother with many layers on in cold and rainy England). How is it that we can be an active voice of prayer while in the respect of all that needs to happen?
This Zoom call will focus on indigenous forms of prayer and we will be focusing on the fire element and how we can come into relationship through simple ceremony to soften our fear and stay in respect of that which came first. These forms can be used for the incoming hurricane, the shaking earth, and the rising waters. The prayers are about relationship and respect.
Each Month in the Village Green we gather for a Community Call. We are opening this call to everyone to strengthen the prayer and carry it out into communities.
